Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
One Chicken, Roasted, Shredded, About 3 cups
Cayenne Pepper, 1/4 teaspoon to taste
Tabasco Sauce, 2-3 shakes/drops to taste
Hot or Extra Hot Wing Sauce, 1 Cup
Cream Cheese, 8 ounces
Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, 8 ounces
Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded, 8 ounces
Pull and Season The Chicken
Pull the meat from one cooked chicken and season with the cayenne pepper, tabasco, and 1/4 cup of the wing sauce. Let sit overnight in the fridge.
Prepare and Bake The Buffalo Chicken Dip
Let cream cheese sit at room temperature while preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spray a 12″ x 8″ baking dish with cooking oil.
Spread the softened cream cheese along the bottom of the pan.
Layer the seasoned chicken on top of the cream cheese.
Pour the remaining hot wing sauce on top of the chicken.
Spoon the blue cheese dressing over the wing sauce and chicken.
Sprinkle the top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly.
Serve the Buffalo Chicken Dip hot with tortilla chips or celery.
