This yogurt cone topped with fruit is a healthy alternative to ice cream with a fun presentation from Linda Sherrill. Serve at your next brunch, baby shower, bridal lunch, or Clermont event.
Fruit and Yogurt Waffle Cones
Large Ice Cream Cone Cups
Yogurt (plain or flavor of choice)
Fruits of Choice
Cut the peaches, kiwi, and strawberries into pieces that match the size of the blackberries. Other ideas for the fruit topping are cantaloupe, grapes, raspberries, pineapple, or any of your favorites.
Scoop yogurt flavor of your choice (we used strawberry here) into the cone leaving some space at the top.
Finish by spooning the fruit mixture on top.
Serve in individual parfait glasses or place several in a glass vase. The vase can be filled with candy or marshmallows to serve as a base. For a baby shower fill you can fill the base with pacifiers or use a lace veil for a wedding shower.
