Eggs and broccoli never tasted so good. Even kids and men will be asking for more.
This can also be served cold as a light lunch on one of our hot South Lake Florida summer days.

Cook the bacon until crispy, drain, and chop into small pieces.
Grate the Swiss cheese.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Whisk 5 eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add the half and half and seasoning to the eggs. Whisk vigorously until it starts to froth and form bubbles on top.
Sprinkle bacon, broccoli, and cheese into the piecrust. Pour the egg mixture on top.
Step 3 – Bake
Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Baking times and temperatures are based on a standard oven.
During baking the quiche will start to rise and turn golden brown on top. It will then fall a little when remove from oven.
